The service is friendly and welcoming, but lacks some important information sharing. The location is convenient for visiting family and engaging in charity work. My stay at the hotel was not what I expected from a Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were musty, with mildew spots on the filthy, stained carpet, giving off a very unpleasant smell. Despite this, the service was friendly but lacked information about amenities. The location was convenient for visiting Camp Geiger and engaging in hurricane Florence charity work. The dining experience was above average, especially considering the rate. However, the view through the lobby was a downside.
